Director of Program Operations

Ms. Jones joined the team in September of 2021 and has served as Program Coordinator and Program Director of Hope Leadership Academy. In March of 2023, she was promoted to the Director of Program Operations & Events for Stronger Than My Father, Inc., the parent organization of HLA. 

During her time here, Renee' has exhibited proven leadership, dedication and possesses a robust skill set that will aide her in maintaining the culture of the organization and lead us in our future endeavors.  As DPO, Ms. Jones will oversee the coordination, direction, and daily operations of Stronger Than My Father.

Renee' has over 25 years of experience working with children of all ages. She received vast training through TECTA (Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance) at Tennessee State University, where she obtained the TECPAC (Tennessee Early Childhood Program Administrator Credential) for program directors, as well as certification in school- aged, based programs. 

Ms. Jones has previously been successful in a variety of roles, some of which include, Director of Preschool, Program Coordinator, Trainer, and Site Director with the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Additionally, she is the owner of The Mobile Preschool, an early education company. 

Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology with a concentration in Non-Profit Organizational Leadership. 

She has a strong passion and genuine love for youth and believes there is a divine purpose that guides her in this work.  She is the mother of four amazing children and grandmother of two.
