HLA Program Director

Marcus Meneese, Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Renee’ Jones as Program Director of Hope Leadership Academy, an entity of Stronger Than My Father, Inc. 

Ms. Jones joined the team in September of 2021 and most recently served as Program Coordinator. During her time here, she has exhibited proven leadership, dedication and possesses a robust skill set that we are confident will maintain the culture of the organization and lead us in our future endeavors.  As Program Director, Ms. Jones will oversee the coordination, direction, and daily operations of Hope Leadership Academy. 

She has over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. She received vast training through TECTA (Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance) at Tennessee State University, where she obtained the TECPAC (Tennessee Early Childhood Program Administrator Credential) for program directors, as well as certification in school- aged, based programs. 

Ms. Jones has previously been successful in a variety of roles, some of which include, Director of Preschool, Program Coordinator, Trainer, and Site Director with the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Additionally, she is the owner of The Mobile Preschool, an early education company. 

Ms. Jones is also a licensed and ordained minister and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology with a concentration in Non-Profit Organizational Leadership. 

She has a strong passion and genuine love for youth and believes there is a divine purpose that guides her in this work.  She is the mother of four amazing children.
